The 18-year-old Chitrashan knew that now is the right time that he should give up his old habits and unhealthy food. Often Chitransha used to eat unhealthy food with her friends and could not refuse, due to which she had increased her weight considerably by age.


However, in time, he decided to lose weight. Today we are telling you about the fat loss journey of Chitransh. Chitransha has now become an inspiration for all obese people.

What was the turning point of the weight loss


In those days my self-esteem was very hurt due to obesity. In college, I was being trolled among my friends and I felt embarrassed. Many friends used to call me anonymously on the phone and also keep away from all kinds of activities. I was facing all these things only and only because of my unhealthy food and drink.

Earlier I used to eat a lot of oily food but now I take a healthy diet. I feel quite isolated and light after weight loss. After my birthday in July, I started the journey to fit myself with fat. During that time, after the long lockdown, the gym opened as soon as I could and I immediately decided to change myself.

Picture diet



I only drink a glass of hot water after sleep is open. After that I eat apple with black coffee and then I do workouts in the gym.


At breakfast after returning from the gym - 6 eggs (white part of 5 eggs and one whole) and 50 grams of oats (250 ml toned milk with some fruit and 10 almond shakes)

After a while I eat any fruit with a slice of brown bread and a spoonful of peanut butter.

Lunch: one bowl of arhar dal + soybean vegetable / vegetable + 2 whole wheat chapatis + curd (100g) + salad.

Dinner: For dinner, I usually eat 8 eggs (7 egg whites + 1 whole) with plenty of salad.

Pre Workout Meal: Black Coffee + Apple / Brown Bread Slices.

Chitransha, who follows this daily routine, says that I no longer play with my health. Now I eat a low calorie diet. My favorite fruits and vegetables are cucumbers, carrots, fruits (except banana / chiku) peanuts and dry fruits. I consume these whenever I feel hungry.
